We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers and libraries (SDKs) that help us run our app, including:

• Thirdweb: Facilitates digital wallet connections, Web3 authentication, and smart contract transactions.
• Pusher: Provides real-time websocket connections for game lobby updates and community chat feeds.
• Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Including Vercel, MongoDB, and AWS to host the app and database services securely.

These third parties only process your data to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data (such as username, email, and profile details) for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the services.

How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data:

If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion at any time:

• In-App Deletion: You can initiate account deletion from within the app by navigating to your profile settings and selecting “Delete Account.”
• Web Deletion Request: You can request deletion online by contacting us through our support desk at Support or by sending an email directly to support@arcadium.games.

Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain specific transaction data for accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance.

We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect user information. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
